Sparkly Jumbo Coturnix Quail Hatching Eggs

This listing is for fresh hatching eggs from our stunning Sparkly Jumbo Coturnix Quail breeding pens.

Our Sparkly birds are produced by carefully selected crosses between Black Coturnix and XL Jumbo Italian Coturnix, resulting in beautiful dark plumage with attractive speckling and sparkle throughout the feathers. Alongside their striking appearance, these birds have been bred for excellent size, vigour and productivity.

Fertility & Quality

Eggs are collected fresh daily and fertility is regularly monitored. We hatch from our own stock throughout the season and consistently achieve excellent hatch rates, producing strong, healthy chicks with excellent growth rates and temperament.

Fresh eggs will be collected specifically for your order and dispatched as soon as possible. As laying rates can vary, collection times may occasionally depend on the hens, but we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your order is ready to ship.

Please note that, as these birds are produced from a breeding project, chicks may show some variation in colouring and patterning, adding to the uniqueness of each hatch.

Packaging & Delivery

We ship hatching eggs throughout the UK using tracked delivery.

Each egg is carefully packaged to provide excellent protection during transit. We have many years of experience hatching and posting eggs and take great care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday to minimise the risk of eggs being delayed in the postal system over the weekend.

Collection is also available from IP25, Norfolk.

Important Hatching Information

While fertility is checked regularly, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as postal handling, incubation equipment, temperature, humidity and incubation experience can all affect the success of hatching posted eggs.

For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on hatching eggs.

We recommend allowing eggs to rest for 12 hours after arrival before setting them in the incubator, giving the air cells time to stabilise after transit.
